Application Procedures:

1.Letter addressed and submitted to the Executive Council
Content of letter:
a) Type of request
b) The intended business location;
c) Description of the activities

2.Notarial Deed (NV/BV);
3.Copy of Passport (Director(s)/ Sole Proprietor)
4.Police record expiration date no later than six (6) months (non nationals)
5.Curriculum Vitae & Diplomas (Depending on the required expertise)
6.Copy Census Registration (Local Director/Sole Proprietor)
7.Copy of Permanent Residence Permit (only appliciable to non-nationals applying for a sole proprietor’s license)
8.Receipt of Payment Processing Fee (Per application Naf.150,00/$84.75cash/$84.27 cheque)

*Note : Resident directors of foreign nationality require a residence permit
