The department consists of three sections, namely the Front Office, the Back Office and the Civil Registrars.
The Front Office varies from the production and sales of ID, Driver's Licenses to information from the basic administration, request of birth, death and marriage certificates are also handled in the Front Office.
The Back Office section handles the administrative procedures of the office. The Civil Registrars primarily handle the registry of births, acknowledgements, marriages, deaths, and option procedure amongst
