At Youth Health Care (YHC)

Everyone from 0 to adults to senior citizens get vaccinated at some point in their life.

A vaccination card is used to register the type and date of the vaccination you have received.  This card should be in your possession at home.

YHC has a large number of cards that should be in the possession of parents, guardians or persons who have been vaccinated.
