Shadani Fleming, the creative mind behind the artwork for Sint Maarten's license plates, was invited to the Ministry of Finance to be one of the first to receive her license plates. Ms. Fleming was elated to see her hard work brought to life and ready to be shared with the public. 

Last year, Shadani's artwork won the favor and votes of Sint Maarten's public and solidified her place in the island's history by designing the plates the Government plans to use for the foreseeable future. I would like to extend my deepest thanks to Ms. Fleming for her great work and her parents for being there to support her.
