The Director of the Immigration and Border Protection Service (IBP) would like
to inform the public that as Monday 14th
April 2014 new visa
regulations will go into effect for Sint Maarten as efforts continue to improve
travel opportunities within the region as well as to streamline policies in
accordance with international visa regulations.
Schengen Visa
All
travelers, regardless of nationality, are exempted from the Dutch Caribbean
visa when in possession of a valid, multiple entry Schengen Area visa.
U.S. and/or Canadian Visa
Travelers
from the following countries only, Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic,
Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica and Peru, are exempted from the Dutch Caribbean visa
when in possession of a valid, multiple entry visa from the United States and
Canada.

changes have implications for travel throughout the Dutch Caribbean. More information
