All applicants must be first be registered in the basic administration of Sint Maarten.

-  Valid identification card issued on Dutch Sint Maarten or valid passport
-  Applicant should submit proof of new address in the form of either: 

- Deed
- Lease Agreement
- Utility Bill
- Permission from landlord (letter with identification) (Landlord Form​)
- Head of institution (stamped letter)

-  Third party request can only be accepted with permission
-  Request for minor(s) can only be granted to legal guardian(s)
- Fee: Not applicable, however registration form is  NAFL 17,50


-     In some instances additional information may be requested from applicant in order to proceed with application
