Requirements

Valid identification card or passport

Letter requesting family tree address to the
Head of the Civil Registry.
LETTER MUST CONTAIN:
- Name, date and place of birth of person that you
requesting the tree of the person whom you are requesting the family tree;
- Information of Marriages, Deaths, Divorces, and
Children should also be mention in your request;
- Mention
up to which generation you are requesting the family tree;
- Contact information of the person who is
requesting the family tree should also be mentioned in the letter.

Foreign documents require legalization from the
originated countries
·
Payment must be made upon request ( a deposit of
NAFL 80,00,)
·
An
additional NAFL 80.00 will be charged for every hour.
Notices
- Family tree takes 3weeks
for completion
- In some instances
additional information will be required from the informant in order to
proceed with the process
Once all documents have been
submitted and payment made, the process of making the family tree will begin
