The management of the Public Service Center Department (Ministry of General Affairs) herewith informs the applicants listed below that their ‘Certificates of Conduct’ (Police Record) can be collected at the Public Service Center Department in Simpson bay.

Requirements:
 The applicant must produce one (1) piece of Identification( i.e. Passport or St. Maarten’s ID card);
 A Letter of Authorization is required for collection on behalf of an applicant. This letter must be accompanied with copy of the bearer’s ID.

For more information kindly contact the Public Service Center at (+721)545-3380. Our opening hours are: Monday-Friday; 8.30 a.m.-12.00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.

General Notice: All Certificates of Conduct must be picked up within 30 days of completion. Unclaimed certificates that have surpassed the validity period of 6 months will be destroyed.
