has a foreign nationality and is a Sint Maarten resident

passport
7. Valid colored copy of your detailed Civil
Registry registration, no older than 6 months.
8. A valid colored copy of your residence
permit, or
A copy of your application for the
renewal of your residency permit from the Ministry of Justice.
9. A valid colored copy of your certificate of
good conduct (= a positive police record), no older than 6 months.
and, only for specific expertise types:
10. Copy of the diplomas/certificates of
director(s).
C. The director has the Dutch nationality and is a
Sint Maarten non-resident
6. Valid colored copy of the director(s)
passport.
7. Two (2) of
either of the following documents as proof of the residence
address:

utilities bill

pay slip

D. The director
has a foreign nationality and is a is a Sint Maarten non-resident
