2.       A written request letter in English addressed to the Minister of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Traffic & Telecommunication.

The letter must include a business address and name, date of birth, place of birth & residential address of the director(s).

3.       A copy of the deed of incorporation.

4.       A copy of the Chamber of Commerce excerpt, and

5.       One (1) of the following documents as proof of the business address:

-          VROMI address confirmation

-          Utility bill

-          Lease agreement
