The Inspectorate of TEATT is responsible for the enforcement of government policies, regulations and legislation related to economic activities, passenger transport, and driving examinations on Sint Maarten. The department consists of several sections: 

Through the various sections within the department, we carry out routine inspections and controls to ensure business owners, vendors, and public passenger transport operators comply with laws and regulations.

The Inspectorate of TEATT strives to ensure the efficient and effective enforcement of laws and regulations to promote and sustain a fair economic environment and guarantee safe passenger transport in Sint Maarten.
