Public hearing preliminary draft development plan
The preliminary daft development plans for Dutch Quarter and Middle Region were officially presented to the public during a Public Hearing at June 28, 2016. The presentation of the preliminary draft development plans for Dutch Quarter and Middle Region can be downloaded below.
Public Hearing PDDP, Dutch Quarter and Middle Region
1st and 2nd public meetings (Held on November 2012 and August 2013 respectively)The 1st and 2nd public meetings were held to gather input from
stakeholders and the general public in an early stage, prior to the legally
prescribed public consultation.
Different
issues, ideas and suggestions were discussed during the 1st public meeting in
order to define points of departure. Zoning proposals were made and presented
during the 2nd public meeting based on the outcome of the 1st public meeting,
stakeholder consultations and further research. The outcome of the 2nd public
meeting was used to prepare the preliminary draft development plan. Below are
