Congratulations on passing your driver’s examination. The next step to obtain your driver’s license requires the below information and fees for processing.

A driving license is a proof that you may drive a motor vehicle or ride a motorcycle. It is also an identity document, so you can often use it to provide proof of your identity. A driving license is valid for up to 5 years.

Appearance Requirements

Appearance necessary; Picture will be taken solely during the application process

Document Requirements
• Valid identification card issued on Dutch Sint Maarten or valid passport
• Original examination results issued by examination bureau (may not older than six (6) months
• Resident permit if applicable
