Appearance Requirements

Applicants can allow a third party to apply and collect their Permits by Authorizing them via the use of a Power of Attorney

Document Requirements

ALL MODEL have a specific list of requirements (see attached documents)
 Model 1: First Time Applications
 Model 2: Change of purpose on Permit Residence
 Model 3: Extension of Temporary permits
 Model 4: Admitted by Law
 Model 5: Change of Address
 Model 6: Not Applicable
 Model 7: Duplicate / Upgrade
