Are you building a house, commercial property, or structure? The below documents are required in addition to the building permit application form.

Document Requirements
• Application forms properly filled out
• Government issued receipt stamps (3 x NAF 5)
• Copy of Identification of (all) signatory/signatories
• Stamped copy of crib number from the Tax department
• Proof of land ownership or permission to develop the land (long lease land for government needs a copy of notarized deed and the decree, private land needs copy of Notarial Deed or Title Search)
• Construction plans

Permit Fee = Construction Value ≥ Naf. 49.999,00 = Naf. 200,00
Permit Fee = Naf. 50.000,00 ≤ Construction Value ≥ Naf. 499.999,00 = Naf. 700,00 + (Construction value x 9/1000)
Permit Fee = Naf. 500.000,00 ≤ Construction Value ≥ Naf. 999.999,00 = Naf. 4.750,00 + (Construction value x 8/1000)
Permit Fee = Construction Value ≤  Naf. 1.000.000,00 = Naf. 8.750,00 + (Construction value x 7/1000)
