The NV GEBE & Social Services Utility Relief Pilot Program is a one-year initiative launched by the Government of Sint Maarten, through the Ministry of Public Health, Social Development and Labor (VSA), in partnership with NV GEBE.
The program provides monthly utility bill relief to vulnerable residents who are struggling to pay their electricity and water bills.
Through this partnership, qualified individuals receive vouchers valued at XCG 50.00 each (up to XCG 250.00 per month) that can be used to reduce their NV GEBE utility payments. The program runs from December 1, 2025 – November 30, 2026, after which it will be evaluated for continuation or expansion.
