IDENTIFICATION CARD (ADULT)

Are you registered at the Civil Registry and require an identification card? If yes, then you need to apply at the Civil Registry Department. The below documents and fees apply for the application process.
 
An identification  card  is  valid  for 5 years for Dutch nationals.   The validity for Non-Dutch Nationals is based on the validity of the residence permit.

Appearance Requirements

Applicant must be present; pictures will be taken solely during the application process

Document Requirements
All applicants must be registered in the basic administration of Sint Maarten. Foreign nationality must present an original valid resident permit.

-         Valid passport
-         Resident permit (if applicable)
-         Applicant must be present
