Appearance Requirements

Document Requirements
An application letter addressed to the Minister of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Traffic & Telecommunication, written in English, requesting a business and director(s) license,
including the business address as well as the name, date of birth, place of birth and residential address of the director(s)

- A copy of the Deed of incorporation.
- A copy of the business’ Crib number declaration from the Inspectorate of Taxes.
- A copy of the Chamber of Commerce excerpt.
- A filled in Client information form.
- One (1) of the following documents as proof of the business address:
- VROMI address confirmation
- utility bill (in name of company)
- Two (2) of the following documents as proof of the business / branch address:
- lease agreement  utility bill
- tax assessment
- A valid colored copy of the director(s) passport.
- A valid colored copy of the police record of the director(s) of foreign nationality (no
older than 6 months)
- A copy of the diplomas/certificates of director(s) (only needed in cases of specific
expertise).

Note

The afore-mentioned documents must be submitted to the Department of Economic Licenses, for review. Once the application has met all requirements, the client will receive a payment letter from the Department of Economic Licenses to pay the processing fee of Nafls. 150.00 per request at the Receiver’s Office.

How much will it cost?

The total fee for the business/director license is as follows:

a. business licenses for NV or BV: NAƒ 1,550;
b. business license (not NV nor BV): NAƒ 312,50;
c. director license of a business with more than one director: NAƒ 625,-;
d. director license of a business with only one director: NAƒ 312.50;
e. purpose amendment, or address change: NAƒ 312.50;
f.  branch license or other settlement of already established business: NAƒ 1,250;
g. authentic copy: NAƒ 312.50;
h. amendment to the director's license: NAƒ 312.50;
i. director license, with residency abroad: NAƒ 1,250.

The fee for processing an application is NAF. 150.00 and has to be paid upon submitting the license application.
This one-time payment is deducted from the total license fee of which the balance has to be paid before issuance of the license, as referred to in part 1 under a to i.

When a business license is extended, the processing fee will be deducted from the various fees of the business licenses
